When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 7 days to process your order. Items that are on back-order will require longer and shipping dates will be listed on the item listing.

 

Does my order come with a tracking number?

YES! All orders will be provided with a tracking number.

I entered an incorrect address; What should I do?

Please use the contact form and provide us with your name, order number, and new address as soon as possible. 

However, if the package is already in transit, it is unfortunately out of our hands; no refunds will be provided. If you would still like the items, you will have to repurchase them & any shipping fees required.

Seller is not responsible for any customs duties nor VAT requirements per the buyer's country. Buyers must be aware of their own country's customs duties and VAT requirements prior to purchasing from the shop.
